Several hundred dollars later and they gave me a detailed report of all the minor things I could already see were wrong with the house, but they didn’t notice the major things I’d spend …

I used them for the first time and they were extremely professional, responsive, thorough and timely. I received my Inspection Report the same day! They provided excellent customer service, answered every question with superior knowledge and in great detail. The Inspection report was very thorough featuring photographs of the entire home and detailing each and every potential issue. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Magic City Property Inspection to all my family and friends.

They were able to schedule us quickly and came highly recommended by our realtor. Bill was very helpful and walked us through each item on the inspection, taking time to answer our questions. The report was very thorough and included photos of each issue noted on the house and detailed notes. We appreciate and trust Bill’s advice and will likely go back to him with questions in the future as we need to make improvements on our home. We would absolutely use Magic City again in the future.
