Congratulations on the decision to buy a home! We are excited about the opportunity to help you navigate the world of home buying. As your home inspector I lean on 11 years of remodel-contracting experience to help identify potential problems and set realistic maintenance goals associated with the property. I’ve personally been hands-on working in similar homes to those I inspect — performing complete renovations, interior and exterior overhauls of older homes, and re-wiring and re-plumbing whole-house systems.

I’ve worked with Benjamin on multiple properties now and have been consistently satisfied with the process and result. He’s quick to respond, helpful during and after the inspection, and draws on years of experience as a builder/contractor.

Magnolia is everything you need from a Home Inspector: professional, responsive, and very thorough. Benjamin’s inspection report for our home was in-depth and organized, and the seller actually agreed to fix everything in the report. As first time home buyers, we appreciated him walking us through each item and answering any questions we had. The inspection more than paid for itself, especially the radon test and sewer scope (which paid for themselves 10 times over). Highly recommend Benjamin and Magnolia

Very unobtrusive to our daily life in quarantine and very thorough. He found items that we haven’t even noticed. His closing reports is very detailed and professional, and his website allows you to customize your report to request repairs to your builder on only the items you want to include. Excellent service, would use again and recommend to all.
