Ben Mangus was born and raised in Northwest PA. After graduating high school, he earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree with a specialty in Construction Management from Penn State University. While residing in the Washington, D.C. area, he was employed as a Construction Supervisor for Ryan Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders. He has also held many other positions in the construction field.

Receptive to all questions and concerns! Explained problems he found as we went through house. Report was in our hands quickly and was detailed and easy to understand. He is very respectful of the property by removing his shoes before entering carpeted areas ! We would absolutely use Mangus again.
Ben covered literally everything from top to bottom in his inspection before we bought our new house. I had a volley of questions I forgot to ask him in person, but he actually answered all of them in the report we got shortly after he was done. Thanks to his detailed and remarkably thorough report all of our questions were answered and we were confident on our purchase of a new home. Will use again in the future.
