He took his time and explain things at the day of the inspection and over the phone for over an hour after I received the written report and had to get his opinion on multiple subjects.
By far the best inspector I came across in years. At first I came across one of his reports at a home I was considering buying and thanks to him and his detailed report I moved on,shortly afterwards I got into contract on a different house,mark was the first person I wanted on my side and now after working with him I have zero regrets. Mark pays attention to every detail and subject. He took his time and explain things at the day of the inspection and over the phone for over an hour after I received the written report and had to get his opinion on multiple subjects. He is patient,friendly and accommodating,a true professional with plenty of knowledge and experience. I recommend him hands down and I’m sure every person that will use his services will do the same.
