I am very pleased with having chosen Mark and he would be an easy recommendation to anyone needing an inspection.

Mark missed an in ground oil tank adjacent to our house before we bought it 5 years ago. Now that we are trying to sell the house, it has become an issue that will cost thousands of dollars to fix due to his oversight before we can sell the house. When i contacted him looking for an explanation or some kind of help, his excuse was that he’s not required to report oil tanks. While this may be sop according to the inspector “handbook,” several other inspectors and real estate attorneys I’ve consulted with say it absolutely should have been reported if his work was of any quality. Lesson learned: don’t hire this guy again.

You were thorough and patient and explained what you were finding as you went along. In addition you were prompt in returning phone calls, even while you were vacationing at the beach! I will highly recommend you!
