Ken is awesome. He has twice inspected homes for us as potential home buyers. He is incredibly thorough and very honest. Although the owners of the first house had attempted to correct problems, Ken showed how poorly the work had been done. He, as always, provided a detailed report with color photographs of everything he had inspected and identified as a problem. Based on his analysis, we decided not to purchase the house after all.
Ken is honest, thorough and his reports are spectacular! We had a report from another pest business, who told us we had termites and dry rot…..but he took no photos. Ken took 4.5 hours in his inspection and took many photos. He gave us good maintenance suggestions as well. I do not give 5 stars easily, but Matrix Home Inspections definitely deserves it!
