I cannot recommend Rick Wade highly enough. I needed an inspection on a lake house that we were buying. Rick had great pre-inspection communication. Let me know exactly what he would be doing. He is able to communicate very effectively online which suits the way I like to do business these days. On inspection day, he was early. He spent more than two hours going through the property, inside, outside, underneath…you name it, he turned the stone over. I recommend you be there for the inspection so that he can tell you and show you what he finds. Within a few hours I had a thorough inspection report in my inbox. I will definitely use Rick Wade of Mavrick Home Inspections again should I need another property inspected.
