Greg took around 4 hours to check everything nook and cranny of the house– including a free termite inspection. He was very kind and friendly. Very thorough with explaining any questions we had. They took many pictures and gave us an extensive report the same day. The owner’s wife told me that they do not work through agents because their goal is to give you the best inspection you can get, not to just sell the home. They also told us that we can call with questions at any time, even 6 months down the road. I spoke to the owner, his wife, and both of our inspectors, and everyone was absolutely wonderful. They are also one of the most affordable inspectors I’ve seen around. I would recommend MC2 to absolutely anyone I met that was buying a house.

MC2 Inspections was professional, on-time and courteous. Greg (my inspector) was knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. He walked us through the entire process and showed us first-hand what issues we needed to address at the property we purchased. We received an investor inspection what touched on 5 key points. The price was very competitive and they were able to turn this around in 48 hours from first contact!! I will definitely use MC2 Inspections again for a post renovation inspection as well as other projects in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
