Home inspector is excellent…he has a wealth of knowledge and this shows in the thoroughness and professionalism of his communication and reports. Josh was able to meet with us on a different date and spent a long time talking over the phone. We are very lucky to have him as a friend and to be able use his expertise in future.

Excellent service. He gave us a binder of pictures that showed all the details about his inspection, what he found, and how he fixed it. He told us how old the H2O heater was, the wear on the roof, the way to light the fireplace, and how the furnace looked.

I was very impressed! Since I was unable to make it to the inspection he called me and went over major items and then emailed me the report. He asked me to please review the report and call him back when I had a chance to go through the report in detail over the phone with him. He was very thorough. Josh performed an inspection of a home we were purchasing based on the recommendation of our realtor Anthony Kunow. After our move in we hired a painting company to paint the interior. The painters discovered significant water damage , mold, warped wood floors etc. due to a water line leak in the kitchen. None of this was disclosed from the seller.
