He was great! We had to schedule in a very short amount of time and he was able to come through on a short notice. Very friendly and thorough. He went through the entire house with us and was very informative. He printed the entire report for us, highlighting all the important things that we needed to watch out for. Josh performed an inspection of a home we were purchasing based on the recommendation of our realtor Anthony Kunow. After our move in we hired a painting company to paint the interior. The painters discovered significant water damage , mold, warped wood floors etc. due to a water line leak in the kitchen. None of this was disclosed from the seller.
