New Construction Inspection the contactor has an incentive to make all repairs to your satisfaction before closing. You’ll have a positive new home experience with a thorough pre-closing inspection. After closing all defects are added to a long warranty request list at a direct cost to the contractor. There is little incentive for a speedy repair after closing.

Fireplace – We were experiencing the fire in the fireplace going out intermittently. We had Mike from Mcmillen Specialities over to determine the cause and correct / repair. From his diagnosis, he discovered that the pilot assembly had gone bad. He installed the pilot assembly and tested it extensively to ensure the fireplace was functioning to original specs. Besides his expertise, Mike was personable, interactive and sharing tips & tricks that elevated our experience with him and his services. At this time of the year (winter), when the fireplace was most needed, Mike came to the rescue. It was very assuring that his diagnosis, repair coupled with his interactive personality turned this into a positive, delightful experience
