He did however choose to threaten me stating that defamation lawsuits are very expensive. Very unprofessional.

The home inspection was seemingly thorough. However, one of the toilets in my home hasn’t flushed since move in. This is apparently due to a cement blockage in the pipe, which I understand is the builder’s fault. Having paid for his services, I reached out to Tim because something like that being missed made me question the rest of the inspection’s thoroughness. I requested a refund or a second inspection to be performed to ensure that nothing was overlooked. After receiving rude responses and no cooperation, I did state that I would take further action, referring to posting reviews or reaching out to BBB so that others could be aware of my experience. This is not me spamming every website with a false review. This is simply me posting about my actual experience. Once Tim emailed me back, he chose to explain how my toilet wasn’t missed, he’s taking his inspector’s word for it, and that the pipe must have had enough room for that single flush to have gone through..and yet it has never flushed since. I simply asked for a second inspection or refund and got upset with the continued poor customer service. Tim took me saying “further action” as trying to sue, which is not the case. If it were, I’d have said “legal action,” which I find unnecessary.

Entire ceiling will have to be scraped and the patch, which is not flush with the ceiling, will have to be redone.

Missed a ton of stuff before we moved in (outlets not working, lights not working, etc.) and actually fell through our attic into our bedroom, leaving a huge hole in the ceiling. Promised to fix, came back once to partially patch but never came back. We’re now listing the house and have to redo the entire ceiling because it’s popcorn.
