Very disappointed. We have a leak in our refrigerator, the ice dispenser does not work, and just had our Hot Water tank burst. I would think a full inspection less than 4 months ago would have found this. We are out thousands and I am afraid of what else they missed. They were friendly, but I feel like these things should have been found during a full inspection. NEW, we discovered a broken window near the vaulted ceiling, HOA woht pay so we are stuck. They completely missed it and when we called them about it, they did nothing. NEW NOTE – SHE DID CALL YOUR OFFICE AND WHO LEVER SHE SPOKE TO TOLD US THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.
Matt and Don did a fantastic job! They explained everything really clearly and were very thorough in their inspection. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services to anyone needing an inspection.
Very professional and very thorough. Report was in hand same day and included dozens of pictures. Really helped me understand the home I was buying. Would absolutely recommend these guys.
