From start to finish, Franca was great with scheduling, kind and got me all needed information in a timely manner. Jeff came for the inspection, was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything as to what he was looking for and what he found very clearly. His written review was thorough and informative and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend their services!!

They were referred to me by my real estate agent who was impressed with their reports from his previous clients. Franca was easy and friendly to connect with and to schedule the inspections both times. Zach, my inspector for both properties did an excellent, thorough inspection from top to bottom, in the house and outside as well. He really took the time to review and explain what his observations were. His inspection reports were detailed, well written and included photos. This was a big help with my decision process.
