Vince and Raul are always professional and more importantly to me…thorough. If I am looking for even a bolt out of place, his team will note it. Vince shows up, is personable with his bag of treats/coffee and gets the job done. I respect the fact that even in the middle of winter you will see them strapping on elbow pads, knee pads and a head lamp in order to crawl below a house from the outside. No board, pipe or electrical panel left unturned.
