Works with Keller Williams on the closing. Very dishonest, ductwork was installed incorrect, mold as well as against Alabama code. Did not inform ne as a home buyer so I will purchase. Windows were sticking major hazards.

The previous review about Mr. Loudermilk’s house was not at all accurate according to the home inspection report my client received. I am the realtor that had the buyer who ordered this inspection. The things Mr. Loudermilk failed to mention were there were SEVERAL possible structural problems that raised major concerns and the buyers chose to walk away from the purchase. I have used Michael Hancock and Associates for many years and they have always done a wonderful job for our clients. I highly recommend Clay as a professional home inspector who cares about his clients.
