Mid-Atlantic Home Inspectors
Industry standards do not require the roof to be walked and many inspectors observe the roof from a ladder or from the ground with binoculars. I believe the best way to inspect the roof is by being on the roof, the crawlspace from inside the crawlspace and the attic from inside the attic. It is not always safe and practical to do this but when it is, that’s where you’ll find me.
My Promise to You: If you read that little blurb about me you know that I am pretty serious about home inspections. I am fortunate to have found work that I love and am passionate about. Nearly my entire professional life has been doing inspections and I plan to continue for another 20 years or so.
Very thorough, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks George!
As first-time home buyers, it was reassuring to have a home inspector who took the time to answer our many questions. My husband and I highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.
George was WONDERFUL! What I like about him the most is that he takes you on the inspection with him (we even went into the attic!) and explain everything very thoroughly. He is also very fair and won’t upsell you. He told us to buy a radon kit and do our own test instead of having him do it because it would cost a lot more money for him to do it as a professional inspector. I would definitely recommend!
