I am purchasing a home for the first time and Bryan at Mid-Carolina Home Inspections LLC was the best. I was unable to be at the inspection but he made sure that the report that he sent was very user friendly. He also called me and walked me through what he found. We requested to have some items fixed by the seller and Bryan was willing to come back out and check the repairs to make sure they were completed properly. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a Home Inspection.
With a brand new home, you may not think you need an inspection, but you most definitely do! He caught a major flaw in the house. The wrong HVAC system was installed in our home. He told me exactly what I needed to ask for to get this problem resolved. He went over the inspection in detail with us and even expressed his concerns with our agent.
