We use state of the art inspection equipment and reporting software. The report will include over a hundred checked items complete with color photos. All reports are electronic, can viewed, printed or forwarded to your realtor. All reports will be stored on a server for up to five years, allowing for access at anytime within that time period.

The fact that they did not check my AC Unit when the inspection was done is now costing my over $4000 dollars. DO NOT let the AC unit go unchecked because the outside temp is “too cold.”
Very knowledgeable, professional and kind! Jeff answered all of our questions and explained anything we didn’t understand. As a first time home buyer there was a lot of ‘new’ for us. He left no stone unturned in the inspection. Jeff was honest with his findings for current issues and issues that were upcoming. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.
