Kyle is a knowledgeable, informative, and skilled professional. We have worked with Kyle to inspect 3 different properties in the Denver area. In addition to the exceptional service he provided, he helped educate us on the current state, actions we would need to take, as well as how to identify potential issues down the road. Beyond the peace of mind, Kyle was easy to get a hold of, offered competitive pricing, and was an overall good guy to work with. Kyle’s inspection documents are easy to review and are broken up in an intuitive manner. Report turnaround was less than 24 hours which is ideal in Denver’s competitive market. Video footage (for sewer scopes) is crystal clear and most sewer repair companies were able to use this footage to quote fixes. The report was excellent, but Kyle did a great job of educating us on all issues prior to end of inspection.
He came out and inspected the electrical, plumbing and building in Buena vista. He is based in Colorado Springs but travels to Denver and the mountains. He also mentioned that he does real estate and handyman work, we setup another appointment to fix some of the drywall and a leak in the roof. Thanks Middco!
