Dan did a home inspection for me, a first time home buyer, and i put my trust in him that the house was in good condition as he says. It was not perfect but he said it was in good condition. He was on time and seemed knowledgeable during the inspection. After owning the house for less then 6 months I found the floor rotting by the back door and corner post hold the house up when i went in the crawl space for the first time. They never went into my crawl space. I also found out my crawl space doesn’t go under the whole room they told me was an addition which is actually original to the house in the 1800s.

Dan was awesome to work with. One of the things I appreciated the most is that he talked to ME – even though my dad was also involved. He went thoroughly through every part of the house to make sure I understood what may need worked on, and what to prioritize. He answered any questions I had and was patient with my beginner’s knowledge in the home buying process. I would choose him again in a heart beat
