Having bought and sold 12+ homes in my life – Matt was so easy to work with, took extra time explaining things to us and the inspection report was detailed, thorough and delivered SO quickly!
Matt helped me get my inspection done on time with no hassle at all.. he did a great job with everything and explained things to me as we looked at them. All in all a great guy and would recommend him to friends and family..
He went above & beyond & was so on top of everything. I would definitely recommend him & we’ll be using him again in the future for our yearly radon testing from now on.
