Mike Sheely Home Inspection

We had our inspection done with Mike Sheely Home Inspection, Gary Walters was our inspector and was very helpful and thorough in looking at the house we wanted to buy. He provided honest feedback in the best interest of the buyer and helped ease our worries through the process of buying a home for the first time. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with us going over all the findings in detail. I also liked that this company provided a recall check and 90 day guarantee which not all companies do. I am very glad we used them for our inspection needs.

For our home inspection we used Mike Sheely Home Inspections, which was the best decision we could have made! Gary performed our home inspection and he was very thorough and detailed. The results of the inspection came back that same day which allowed us to move through the mortgage process a lot quicker.
