Mike’s Home Inspections

I have used Mike for the past 3-4 years and he is an important part of the Real Estate team. Mike is always available at short notice. His knowledge is impressive and he handles the clients with both professionalism and calmness. I highly recommend Mike if you have a need for a Home Inspection between San Diego and LA.

From a realtor perspective, one of the main things I value is responsiveness. You meet many contractors who overpromise and under-deliver. We’ve now done a few inspections together and Mike and his team have surpassed my expectations. They are very thorough, explain each step in simple terms, and get along extremely well with the buyers in the deals, which is very important. 5 star rating all day and looking forward to our next inspection!

Under the gun I went to google and found Mike. He answered my call and was able to do the day and time we needed. The day of the inspection he was on time, prepared, and friendly. The inspection was completed in a thorough, timely manner, and with professionalism. He was so good that our agent, who’s been recommending the same three, trusted inspection companies for years asked Mike if he would mind being put on her list. Our agent, who has been a friend of the family for many, many years (and many homes since she became realtor) is a no nonsense, straightforward, pro. That she asked that of Mike was a stamp of approval that, in my opinion, meant more than any 5-star review on Google ever could. I was lucky to have stumbled upon him.
