We recently purchased a cabin in Rusk County and needed a trustworthy inspector to test the well, water, and septic during these COVID-19 times. Miller Home Inspection was very COVID conscientious and helped get our inspections scheduled with no issues. What I love about Brian and Kathy is they are very transparent about their licenses and their pricing was reasonable and straight forward. Furthermore, their communication was timely; as they did a great job getting back to me, and they were absolutely wonderful about setting expectations on when things will be done and when test results would be back. There were no surprises or delays. The report they provided was fantastic; it was very thorough and informative and they went above and beyond by kindly answering some general follow up septic questions we had afterwards. All-in-all Brian and Kathy were super nice people to work with, very knowledgeable in what they do, and charge services where you can be confident that you’re getting good value. You honestly can’t go wrong if you hire them to inspect your well or septic system, and I would highly recommend them if you’re in the Northwest Wisconsin area and in need of a home inspection of any kind.

I highly recommend. I was very pleased with our inspection. Great one stop shop if you are buying a home. The staff are very friendly and the rates are affordable.
