A nearly 5-hour inspection thorough (maybe) but an overkill (definitely). More concerned with cosmetics than structural issues. Needless to say the contract did not come thru.
Get someone else if you really like a house. He makes unqualified remarks like “mold-like” features seen, etc. Not happy with this outfit.
I’ve used MJG numerous times, and have had great service. The reports are emailed in a timely manner, and are broken down into segments that are easy to read and see photos. Very personable guys, and I’ve never had a reason to go elsewhere
