Kevin inspected the property I am planning on purchasing, and everything went swimmingly. He was super responsive, super available, and answered all my little questions, and had the report done within 24 hours.
Modern Home Inspection met my needs on two occasions in this crazy real estate market. They were able to schedule me quickly, and then I had to withdraw the request due to canceling the real estate contract.
