We’ve established ourselves as the leaders in the mold inspection field and are one of the few test only companies in the mold industry. After spending time working for a local restoration franchise, we noticed there was a significant problem. That issue was the people evaluating properties for problems were also the same ones in charge of fixing them. As you can imagine this is a huge conflict of interest. Once we decided to separate ourselves from the restoration process, we noticed how much our service was valued.

MIT is good at their work plus their pricing is fair. It was on last week when their team was at my home for mold inspection. They worked remarkably and completed inspection work wonderfully. Excellent and exceptional work by these guys.
