Highly recommended. Their inspection was thorough, they took the time to make sure we understood the results, and they were both easy to work with and very polite.

Luke and Staci are the best! The tenants renting our home had done some significant damage and we were in a time crunch to get things repaired so we could get it back on the market. Luke showed up within 24 hours of us calling. He walked us through everything that could be fixed and then let us know what had to be fixed immediately. He gave accurate estimates and even came in under bid on a few items. He presented us with less costly alternatives when they were available. He and Staci communicated with us at every step, but did not bother us with minor details. They were professional and personable. Their great work has led to us treating them as the go-to people for anything we need done. I have been using contractors and fix it guys for 20 years and Luke and Staci are at the top of my list. It is so nice to have someone we can trust and rely on. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to them.

Luke and Stacie performed repairs and upgrades to the property I was selling recently and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. I am very meticulous and rarely find contractors that meet my standards. Luke and Stacie treated my home as if it were their own paying strict attention to detail, and respecting the process. Additionally, they were more than fair with the rate they charged. Luke was able to predict the required materials and made only 3 trips to the store for supplies over a two week time frame, which saved valuable time and money.
