My wife and I had some bad luck house hunting this year, so we actually worked with Jay on three different house inspections. He is the only home inspector in Rutland County who uses a thermal camera, which helped locate leaking pipes in the wall during one of our inspections. It also detects poor insulation in the outer walls, which is a great tool to include in an inspection.
