For buyers, having their new home professionally inspected by our company as early as possible in the buying process is becoming more of the norm. We perform inspections seven (7) days a week. Real Estate agents, mortgage lenders and even lawyers are suggesting home inspections to assure a more knowledgeable, smoother transaction. Also having an inspection may save you money on items that you may be able to have the seller or builder correct.

I have used this company over the last ten years. The first thing he tells you is that he CAN NOT see what is behind the wall without opening it, but he does go above and beyond. He inspected a house I was buying and figured out septic was failing and that I needed to get someone to investigate more. that recommendation saved me tens of thousands. I highly recommend him.

Very unprofessional! Firstly he is very rude and condescending so if you don’t mind being spoken to in a crude way he is your guy. Also, horrible advice. I got 3 other opinions all of whom agreed what Dennis told me was completely false. I saw another review that mentioned scam. I would have to agree. 500 dollars for him to tell wrong information and get spoken to in a rude manner. I would NEVER recommend him and his team to anyone.
