Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Solano County

I called then to hook up my water line for my fridge that i bought from best buy which when i bought they said they could do but when it came they said they couldnt do it. Called up MR.rooter spoke to dawn about what i was looking to do she set up a time for there guy to come out and look i got a great guy named Steve sparlin who came out looked at the job said he could do it gave ma a quote told him i would think about it. Had rotor rooter come look to and they quoted me twice the price dawn called me back a few days later we set up a time to get work done steve came back out got the job done quickly and right had a little problem with a part he got which is no fault of his so he had to go run and get it but other then that everything else went well i will definitely be using them and asking for steve for all my future pluming problems and i would highly Recommend for anybody looking for plumbing Issues to call Mr. rooter and ask for Steve he was a great guy very nice

Overall a very positive experience with Jason the plumber and Dawn the manager… we had a leaky faucet, but couldn’t figure out what it was ourselves so we called Mr. Rooter, they came out quickly which was good. The first rep misdiagnosed the problem and it persisted, which was bad… I reached out to Dawn and she sent a more senior associate out to fix it. Jason came out, apologized, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins and even came out on Mother’s Day to finalize the fix. Overall 5 for Jason, 5 for dawn, 2 for the original technician.

Extremely rude worker. He was doing work for my niegbor and was blocking my driving. I just gotten home from work and asked if he could move his van so I can pull into MY driveway. He gave me attitude and was trying to tell me to just maneuver around his van. I told him that he was blocking the space I need to get in and he finally moved but not without glaring at me with anger.
