He arrived early and he pretty much worked nonstop the whole day. He took the time in the afternoon to go over the bigger issues of the inspection. Looking through the report, I see a tremendous amount detail that he provided about the property. It was pretty amazing to watch him work.
We were very pleased with his attention to detail and focused worked! We will find Emile for all of our future inspection needs.
Silas was amazing! First time looking for a home so I had absolutely no idea what was going on and he was able to explain things to me very clearly so I could understand without being overwhelmed by information. The report was extremely detailed, he even followed up later to make sure I didn’t have any further questions.
