Our emphasis is not necessarily based upon “code compliance”, which in actuality sets minimum standards, but rather is concerned with whether a system or component is installed or performing according to published industry and/or manufacturer’s specifications. Because of the volume of inspections behind us and the many continuing education seminars we that we attend our ability to perform thorough inspections exceeds that of most other inspection companies.

MVP Home inspection is a great company. I had Nick come out for an inspection for my future home. He was very thorough, took his time and kept informing me on the issues as he moved forward with the inspection. Professionalism from the begining to end and with a follow up call the next day. He sent me extensive report at the end the same day. He looked at major point such as plumbing, furnace, roof and much more. Easy going and patient. His COVID precaution procedure was very good as well. He always tried to keep distance, he wore a mask and gloves at all times. I would recommend him to my family and friends, already did actually! If you aren’t sure about a home, I’d suggest you call Nick.
