Used Mike for our first home inspection and he exceeded our expectations. My father in law is a retired home inspector and said Mike’s report is the best he’s ever seen. The inspection was complete, thorough, and accurate. I went around with him throughout the inspection and he was happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and things I should watch out for as a new homeowner. He even caught electrical issues inside the junction box itself when he removed the panel to actually look at the quality of the existing work that was done.

He was patient when answering questions I had. He also went into great detail when explaining what he was looking at and why. Highly recommend him.
