We used Nailed It Home inspections in regards to purchasing a new home in the Rapid City area. Nick (our inspector) was able to schedule us in and complete the home inspection within 48 hours of contacting him. His inspection was very thorough and he completed a walk around with us when he was done to initially brief us of his findings. We were also provided a digital copy of all his findings as well that was split into categories based on severity. The entire process was simple and he was very professional. If you are looking for an inspector in the area, Nailed it Home Inspections should be your first call.

His response back was quick and very thorough on his business practices. During the inspection Nick was fantastic and thoroughly explained each item he found. Post inspection, his report was extremely detailed and answered every question I had. Most importantly out of everything Nicks customer service skills and communication was paramount. I would recommend Nailed It Home Inspection a thousand times!

Nick is fantastic! I am a first time home buyer and since my husband is military we were unable to see the house in person before putting in an offer. We were really nervous, but since there was a housing/rental shortage in the are we took the plunge. Nick was able to squeeze us in right away after I gave him a call. His response time is SO FAST. Even if he can’t answer a call he sends a text within minutes scheduling a time he can. The pricing is a very good deal and he is sweet enough to offer a heros diacount to military and first responders. After our home inspection, I’m not the slightest bit worried. Nick noticed EVERYTHING. From electrical issues and gutters that could use replacing to chips in the drywall and the exact space between planks on the deck, after my home inspection I knew about them all AND I had pictures so I could get a detailed idea of exactly what I was dealing with. I even got aerial shots of the roof and property, and photos using thermal imaging. The attention to detail he gives is phenomenal. I feel completely comfortable and safe with my home purchase and it’s all thanks to Nick!
