First we will discuss the home to be inspected and decide what inspection services fit your needs.

We will set an appointment that is convenient for you. We offer appointments 7 days a week to fit your busy schedule.

I usually arrive on site about 30 minutes early to set up and observe the outside of the home.

Once you and/or your agent arrive, we will review the home inspection process and go your specific concerns, if any.

On average the inspection takes 2 -3 hours depending on the size and condition of the home/business being inspected. We also want to make sure all of your questions are answered.

We start the home inspection of the property in a logical and orderly fashion. We believe in keeping our clients involved in the inspection as much as possible, so you may be asked to accompany me at times so that I can explain certain findings to you.

Troy is very professional in all aspects of this business. He is very thorough and his reports are easy to read and understand. I’ve used his service twice in the last 10 months and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Troy was very thorough, professional and easy to speak with. He explained everything so I’d understand and could relay it to the building team. His reports are precise and detailed with photos to visually explain things. This was the second time I had used his services and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Troy’s inspection was very thorough and his report was detailed and easy to understand. He was quick to respond and super easy to work with. He was detailed in explaining problem areas that he’d found and very helpful in helping me understand. It’s clear that he enjoys what he does. I highly recommend Troy!!
