This company handles the majority of my clients inspections and have always conducted themselves with professionalism, transparency and honesty! I actually recently used them to conduct the inspection on my personal home and cannot speak more highly about them. The reports are easy to read and understand, and they are in no way “alarmist”. They will always tell you the honest truth even if it might be a “deal killer” due to nature or cost but do not attempt to scare buyers away with which is huge in this business…especially with first time home buyers who are already anxious!
They were detailed in their report. Very timely. It looks like they went through the house with a fine tooth comb. They sent photos. Pointed out useful things like shutoff valves and where things are located. Highly recommend
