Jason and his company exemplified true professionalism in their approach to my home inspection. The initial communication was prompt and clear followed by his arriving early and being on the job examining the exterior of the building before I arrived. He was courteous, friendly and communicated all the details of inspection to me in person, as well as, a beautiful written report with great detail and photos. He examined every inch of my condominium and documented everything on a tablet as he went room to room.
We made an offer on an older house (built 1951) knowing there would be some issues, but having Jason as a self-described “paid pessimist” provide us a thorough walkthrough of all his findings gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase by helping us determine exactly what items we needed to address. Do not skimp on the inspection!
