National Property Inspectors
Owner Tim Shuford received his electrical engineering degree from UNC-Charlotte in 1982, going on to spend 32 years with the local electric utility in a supervisory role. In mid-2014, he “retired” from the utility industry and opened his National Property Inspections franchise in Guilford County. Tim is an avid DIY-er and woodworker. He has been involved in various aspects of construction and property maintenance for most of his life, including working alongside his grandfather, a carpenter and cabinetmaker, and his uncle, an HVAC specialist. Property inspection is the perfect fit for his education, experience, expertise and interests.
Scooter answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He took pictures and provided a written report along with every inch of our house. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
Dave came out to do our home inspection. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He spent extra time going over everything we wanted to see. The report was completed 2 days later on a Sunday. The price was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend this product!!
Dave was amazing from the beginning. He was knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Dave was not only able to complete the task he had been assigned, but he also offered suggestions for how to fix the problems he encountered.
Excellent and thorough inspection with photos and detailed descriptions to aid in correcting even minor deficiencies which will improve function and/or safety in the home. Professional and personal demeanor excellent. Would recommend for your home inspection without hesitation.
Tim Shuford is very thorough. He quickly delivered a top-notch report with plenty of detail and photos. In seeking even more detail, he promptly answered our follow-up questions via email. If we need another home inspection, we will definitely call him first.
