The warranty on their inspection is good for for ten days. December 9, 2020 11:10 am

The warranty on their inspection is good for for ten days. So, the warranty has expired before you even close or move into your home. Therefore, they always have a way to hold themselves harmless from poor work. We discovered items that should have been obvious to our inspector at just a glance. We had to pay to have them repaired. They should have been easily discovered during an inspection. So, be sure to do your homework and find a company that actually stands behind their work. This one does not.

Jim Farej came highly recommend and to us, not being from the area, that was important. He is the ultimate professional inspector with a construction background which proved to be very helpful. Our sit-down discussion following the Inspection was very thorough and he detailed all concerns in the report with photographs. The use of the drone was quite handy for those hard to view areas. A very professional report. We highly recommend Jim and his company to anyone buying or selling a house. Thank you Jim.
