With an extensive background in the housing industry, Terrell is well-rounded and has the experience to thoroughly assess both residential and commercial properties. He was raised around construction, first interacting with home inspectors at a young age. After apprenticing as an electrician, Terrell transitioned to a job with a large-scale company that specialized in heating, air, and plumbing. By the time he was 23-years old, Terrell was promoted into a management position within the same company. And as further testament to his diligent work ethic—Terrell had bought his first home three years earlier, when he was barely 20 years old.
