Responsive to my quote request, easy to schedule, and the overall experience was excellent. The Inspections Report was well prepared and very detailed, also received in the evening of the same day. Inspector DB was thorough and happy to answer questions throughout the process.
Inspector asked all my questions over his shoulder while he worked. He explained what his findings meant and made suggestions about how to address each issue. He listened to my concerns and courteously gave well-informed answers. He spent longer than scheduled, did not check watch. I’ve hired him before, I know his report will be useful in my purchase negotiations. He was available on a few days’ notice. A great inspection, exceeded my expectations.

Our inspector with National Property Inspections, Nick, was absolutely wonderful. The first property he inspected for us was over 100 years old, and he took meticulous care to look in every last nook and cranny. Because of his diligence, we pulled our offer on that house, and were thrilled when we went under contract a second time, and he was able to fit our inspection into his schedule. Again, he took great care in checking every square inch of the house, and we were able to successfully remediate the concerns he pointed out in his report with the seller. He even found a recall on one of the appliances! Every step, from setup, to downloading the reports, was expertly coordinated by the National Property Inspection staff, making a process that could potentially be very stressful, easy and transparent. A big thank you to everyone at the company, especially Nick, for helping my partner and I make such a big decision.
