I recently utilized NPI for my new home purchase January 19, 2021 9:19 am

. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their receptionist thoroughly explained to me what to expect during the process and she did not miss a beat! During the inspection, the tag team took turns walking me through all pertinent details and items that were in need of repair or future improvement. I’ve already referred them to 3 of my close friends. I would highly recommend them for any future inspection needs. Thank you to the NPI team.

Brett and Tina were an absolute delight to work with! They were thorough and they explained everything to me. They even provided advice on how to improve the home for the future. The report they created was super detailed with pictures, explanations and more. They were incredibly friendly and they made the experience fast and painless. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much for your hard work

They were amazing to work with! Right on time and provided a detailed walkthrough of the property after their inspection. As this is my first house, they clearly explained everything to me and I feel so much more comfortable purchasing this property. Thank you for the quick turnaround on time! Highly recommend.
