As a home inspector, Giuseppe Volpato brings not only his inspection experience, but over a decade of experience as a contractor in new construction, remodeling and historic restoration. He truly understands how structures should be built, has seen what works and what doesn’t, and has the expertise to explain areas that should be addressed. Giuseppe’s inspections don’t end once a home’s condition has been documented. He also spends time educating each client on the numerous systems that make up any property.
Our office is a locally owned franchise, part of the NPI organization of nearly 300 inspectors. Every inspection is different. All NPI inspectors have access to technical support seven days a week. He was extremely responsive from the very beginning, when it came to scheduling, he was easy to work with. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He took the time to walk my husband and I through every portion of the inside and outside of the home, giving tons of information – beyond inspection, he gave improvement tips and helped answer questions related to future renovation goals. He even provided snacks! Our inspection with Giuseppe was far more than I ever expected!
