Mr. and Mrs. Brooks were very personable, detailed and thorough. They went over everything inside and out. This is my first experience with purchasing a home so it was nice to have someone explain things simply and clearly. He made recommendations and helped me gauge major vs. minor issues in relation to getting things repaired or replaced.

Rick and Joann are incredible people. They were both very personable and friendly from the second I met them. They were very thorough. They didn’t mind me standing around and watching every step of the way. Any question I had they answered thoroughly, and when I had my own questions on personal advice with the house they provided their professional input. It was such a great experience, I didn’t expect to enjoy a house inspection but they made it fun! Highly recommend.
