I had Jay at NPI do an fairly large inspection job of a commercial mix-use purchase that included an apartment complex, restaurant and billboard. I chose Jay because he gave me a really reasonable quote on the job and how he just how honest he appeared to be on call discussing the job. He was upfront and said he was only able to do a preliminary inspection on the restaurant and billboard. He also suggested that we only spend money to inspect half of the units as most of the residential units had been completely remodeled and only spend more to inspect other units if he noticed any issues. I appreciated that he was looking out for me and not just trying to charge me money where he can get it. His services was very detailed and professional using drones, climbing up on to the roof of the buildings, and into the attic area. He even returned to finish up the job when the property manager failed to unlock the access to the water heater. Jay also was very engaged before the inspection reviewing the sellers documents, receipts, and even checking to see what sort of permits were pulled on some of the remodel work. The report was ready within 2-3 days and provided detailed and professional feedback and pics of his inspection.

This company is very professional. We schedule the home inspection in less than 24 hours. They arrived on time and performed a very comprehensive inspection. They were so nice, polite and invested the time to help and explain everything. Their price is fair and competitive. I could just not expect anything better than them.

The price was very competitive and they did not charge extra thermal imaging which seems so obvious to use in all modern day inspections. They were able to teach us a ton about our home and understand a ton about the problems they found. We fully recommend them and would use them again ourselves.
