He showed up on time and we thoroughly went through the house. He diligently took notes on the house; crawling under the house, going through the crawl space in the attic, inspecting the roof, installation, power outlets, circuit breakers, windows, stove, heater, etc… Brian’s skills as a inspector/contractor helped me make a informed decision on our first home purchase! Brian’s notes helped us get the issues fixed by the homeowner before we bought the house. His wisdom also helped my prioritize future projects and remodels for the house.
