Throughout our home buying process we’ve met a slew of people and if half of them were as professional and knowledgeable as Michael was the world would be a much better place. My fiance and I couldn’t get over how much value we got for our money, he was crawling around in crawl spaces and in the attic, really inspecting the house not just running through or making guesses. He gave us pointers and things to look out for in the future, it wasn’t our first home inspection so we knew what to expect bit he totally hit it out of the park. I would recommend New Home Direction and Michael to anyone needing an inspection. Really enjoyable process!

Mike at New Diection was really great to work with. His level of expertise is apparent as he gave in-depth explanations to the multitude of questions I had during my home inspection. Mike encouraged me to follow him around for the duration of the inspection and ask as many questions as I wanted, so I can be properly informed on what he sees and also ensure that I know details on the home I am about to purchase! Mike covered items like: HVAC system, roof/chimney, windows, exterior materials, foundation, deck construction, electrical… the list goes on. I would highly recommend Mike @ New Direction if you are looking for a home inspector!

With it being my first house purchase, Mike was extremely helpful and accommodating to my schedule and questions. He was very educational and walked me through the entire inspection to better understand what was going on. He even answered my questions days after the inspection was done. He is very professional and overall just a great person. I highly recommend Mike for your home inspection. You will not regret it!
