Excellent service and quality. Extremely thorough inspection. Jordan took the time to explain specifics and answer any questions we had. Additionally, the attention to detail in his report was exceptional, including video of specific items, and it was all available the very next morning. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a home purchase. NEW Home Inspections, LLC is the best in the Jacksonville area hands down!

Over the years we’ve had several home inspections done on homes we’ve purchased. The one recently done on a home we’re buying in Fernandina is by far the most thorough and informative. The attention to detail and documentation provided by New Home Inspections was outstanding!

Awesome services and great company. Called the company to get an appointment as quickly as possible, and Jordan was able to accommodate me the same week for a home inspection. He was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment he showed up all the way until he gave us the verbal summary report. His background working in Quality Assurance in the military aviation community directly translates over to his attention to detail. It was evident by his keen eye for major / minor discrepancies and his thorough written reports. I can tell he does his job with pride and integrity. Definitely recommend using him!!!
