If you want someone to simply “notice” things about a house then I would recommend New Season. However, if you need a little more guidance on what is concerning and what may cause an issue, I would not recommend this company. We ultimately had to get a second opinion because we were not satisfied with the report from New Season.

From the start on our multiple phone calls he was patient and informative with my options on inspecting the home we were purchasing. In-person he was friendly, thorough and really helped me to have a understanding of what to expect with possible and necessary maintenance/repairs. He was knowledgeable, punctual, responsive as I scheduled and then rescheduled… it was altogether a GREAT experience and i HIGHLY recommend his professional services for your home inspection needs. the roof was improperly installed with the shingles beginning to slide off, but this inspector did not notice. We had to buy a new roof after moving in. Also, they did not notice that the well water system was improperly installed inside the house. That also had to be replaced.
